In an Flesch-Kincaid reading ease analysis of 200 online privacy policies, 31% were "unreadable", 56% were "difficult", and only 13% were "Ideal" or "Acceptable". This just in: privacy policies are hard to read, and are obviously not there for the benefit of consumers.

Not that it matters, since no one ever reads them anyway.
